Valentines Day DIY Week #4

Woah. Hold it. We're already at the fourth DIY? Seriously? No way! I only have five an we're at 4? OK, whatever, I do have some posts planned out in my brain..... *cough* Anyways, so today I ave the fourth DIY (which  um.... I said like four times already...) So I hope you enjoy it and oh! Isn't this tablecloth the most adorable thing ever?

 Supplies:

Red felt

Scissors

Your hands!

 Step 1: Start by cutting slits all around the piece of felt. I would recommend about one inch into it would be good.

 Step 2: Take two slits and knot them together. Repeat this process around every single slit in your piece of felt.
